STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY...!!!!!!!!Ordered my friend a nomination charm for Christmas,I ordered the wrong one,we then went into lockdown 3,tried to ring to no avail,I emailed them and was told to return the item which I did(sent recorded delivery),I recieved a voicemail saying there was an admin charge of £15 as I hadn’t returned it earlier.I’m fuming as everytime I rang there was no answer.definitely won’t be buying from them again,I should of read the reviews,There not a good company.

Ordered a watch for my Sons birthday, delivery excellent , it was also well packaged when it came. Overall experience excellent.

Item good i order 4 items same week with 1 parcel I got my free braclet .with 2nd I never received my free bracelett.so won't be ordering on line again same week I ordered 2 more parcels for a friend she received her bracelets and came in pouches .my 1 I received didn't.. no more on line shop from you to me sorry you let me down .

I ordered an engagement ring and it was down for next day delivery... Just remember that. I get a call late on the day after ordering it to tell me they cannot find the certification for the ring and asked if I still want it? I ask for the certification and I am told they will try to find it. I then don't get a call for over a week and I have to call up and ask what is going on. Turns out they still can't find the certification and apparently the ring needs re-sizing too. How on earth was this ever meant to be next day delivery???? Long story short, it takes 2 weeks for the ring to arrive and even then after being promised certification with the ring, (something you shouldn't even need to ask for) I then have to contact you again to ask where it is and only then is it actually sent. I understand covid has made things difficult but my experience with you was terrible. I have no issue with the product I received but there needs to be a serious re-think of your customer service

I ordered a pair of earings which I payed for then the money went back in bank so the earings could not of been in stock but said nothink on website ,I did not know they were putting money back in till I sent a email saying I had not received my earings bit disappointing to be honest .
